We desire to be a fun, family-oriented destination for both the golfer and his or her family. In order to provide this, there must be rules. In order to enforce rules, we must be able to largely self-police, meaning we as individual members must not only follow the rules but also do our part to graciously see others do the same.
We ask you to please do your part.
Courtesy and consideration for the pleasure and rights of all Members and Guests will be expected. Violations of any of the following rules may result in fines, suspension, or expulsion at the Board’s discretion.
- Register in the Pro Shop before starting play.
- Soft spikes are mandatory.
- Persons must wear proper attire while utilizing (define as participating, not observing) the golf facilities, including the driving range, putting green, and the golf course. No tank tops, swim trunks, or running shorts. Male golfers must wear shirts with collars and sleeves. Shorts must be Bermuda-length.
- Each player must have their own golf clubs and bag.
- All play must begin on #1 or #10 tees. Any play beginning on #10 tee must be approved by the Pro Shop.
- Due to amount of play on weekends, no singles or twosomes are allowed to tee off between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time.
- Singles have no priority on the golf course. Be courteous and allow faster groups to play through.
- Groups of more than five shall not be allowed to play except during tournaments or with approval from the Pro Shop.
- Practice allowed only on the driving range and putting green. No mulligans except on the first tee.
- Always replace divots, rake bunkers after use, and repair ball marks on greens. Sand is also provided on #1 and #10 tees and all par 3’s for use in divots.
- Obey course signs at all times. Carts shall follow the 90 degree rule as conditions permit. Handicap privileges permit the driver to exercise the 90 degree rule while it is cart path only for all others. Carts shall always remain 30 yards from green. No one should park next to any green. Carts shall always remain on path on all par 3’s.
- Members’ children may play without a green fee if under 25 years of age, unmarried, and living in the home of Member.
- Members’ children under age 13 years of age shall not be permitted on the golf course unless they are accompanied by a Member who is responsible for their conduct at all times.
- Monday is work day for golf course maintenance staff. The course shall be closed to play until 12:00 p.m. Only members are allowed to play on Monday; no guests. Members shall yield to Maintenance staff.
- Guest Policy - Members of the club, in good standing, may invite guests, who reside outside Tate County, Desoto County, Panola County, Marshall County, Lafayette County, and Tunica County (Mississippi). No guest residing in Tate County, Desoto County, Panola County, Marshall County, Lafayette County, and Tunica County (Mississippi) may be invited more than two (2) times per calendar month.
- Guest fees must be paid before play begins. Fees are: Guest Greens Fees for 18 holes = $45.00, 9 holes = $22.50, Replay = $20.00, Cart Fees for 18 holes = $14.00, 9 holes = $7.00.
- Playing guests who bring their own cart must pay a fee equivalent to the Club’s posted cart fee, except during tournaments.

- No bottles, cans, or litter should be thrown on course. Leave the course in better condition than you found it. No dumping of trash, brush, grass clippings, other yard waste, etc. on club property.No fireworks on club property.
- Unleashed pets are not welcome on club property. Pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused to club property.
- Walking and jogging on club property is restricted to before 8:00 a.m.
- Any damage to club property by Members or guests shall result in fines, restitutions made to club for repairs.
- Children under the age of 16 years shall NOT drive carts on club property unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This policy is designed to protect everyone’s safety – the club, Members, and guests. Parents may receive a $25 fine for the 1st offense and $100 fine for a 2nd offense.
- Private cart owners; the spouse; and children of the owner age 16 through 25 years whom are unmarried and living at home of Member have rights to use the cart. Loaning carts is not allowed.
- There shall be no joint ownership, partnerships, or corporate owners of golf carts.

- When either the Superintendent, Golf Shop Manager, Grounds and Greens Committee Chairperson, or President says it is too wet to run golf carts in the fairway, their judgment must be accepted and honored. This applies to handicap privileges as well.
- Members who live on the boundaries of the golf course have permission to enter the golf course through their backyards on Monday through Friday during Daylight Savings Time only. Members should not enter the course when it is cart path only. When in doubt, Members should call the Pro Shop. Be respectful of play in progress.
